Leonie has spent her career working with clients who understand that to get the best out of your business you need to get the best out of your employees.  To get the best out of your employees, you need to be conscious of who your employees are, what their drivers are, and how they connect to your business values and aims.

Leonie has a Masters in Workplace and Employment Law from Monash University.  Leonie has worked in private practise as an employment and industrial relations lawyer, and has also worked in a multi-national corporate as the HR Director (Aus/NZ), Group Industrial Relations Manager and Shared Services Manager.  

Leonie brings both her employment law background and practical experience in management and leadership roles, to work with clients in a pragmatic way, always seeking to drive an improvement in the workplace performance and experience for everyone.

Leonie firmly believes that when there is an alignment of values and agreement on accountabilities between an employer and its employees, everyone succeeds beyond their expectations.
